Hyogo: Pineford City

This is Pineford City, the first gym city in my Hyogo region.

Upon arriving off the east path, your rival will run into you and tell you that that Team Meta building (the blue one) is empty. In front of the building is the gym leader, Savannah. She'll talk a bit and then challenge you and run off to her gym. You need to go there in order to use Cut outside of battle to get into the Team Meta building.

Savannah specializes in Grass-type Pokemon.

Upon giving you the Woodland Badge, Savannah will ask you to check out the Team Meta building. At the building, the Prof.'s assistant will congrtulate your win with HM01 Cut, allowing you access into the Meta building. Inside, you'll only be able to find HM06 Rock Smash and TM10 Hidden Power. to go further and reach the Dusk Ball and Amulet Coin, you need to be able to use Rock Smash by getting the second badge.

There are two Team Meta Grunts blocking the northern exit, so you are forced west.

I finished this last night only to realize that it was eerily similar to Jubilife City in it's layout, so I had to change it.
